SMS Terms

These SMS Terms govern text messages sent by or for Instasleb LLC d/b/a TrustyTommy.

1. Program description

If you separately opt in, TrustyTommy may send texts related to reminders, requested content, return links, trial or subscription information, service updates, support, and occasional promotional messages.

Message frequency varies based on your choices, activity, and the features you request.

2. Consent

By providing a mobile number and completing the displayed consent step, you authorize TrustyTommy and its service providers to send recurring text messages to that number, which may include automated messages.

Consent to promotional texts is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the number you provide and that you have authority to consent. Tell us promptly if the number changes or is reassigned.

3. Costs

Message and data rates may apply. TrustyTommy does not charge a separate fee for receiving texts, but your wireless carrier may.

4. Stopping messages

Reply STOP to opt out of further automated TrustyTommy texts. We may send one final confirmation. We may retain a suppression record so we can honor your choice.

You may also revoke consent by contacting us in any reasonable manner that clearly identifies the mobile number and states that you want TrustyTommy texts to stop.

6. Delivery

Wireless carriers do not guarantee delivery. TrustyTommy and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages to the extent permitted by law. Text service may not be available on every carrier or device.

7. Privacy

We use your number, consent records, message status, and interaction information as described in the TrustyTommy Privacy Policy. We do not sell your mobile number or text-message consent to third parties for their own marketing.

8. Changes and termination

We may modify or end the text program. We will provide notice where required. You may opt out at any time.
